I was born in Ukraine. I started building businesses in my teens, running e-commerce operations and digital services across Europe before most people my age had their first job. When the war started in 2022, I moved to the US with nothing but a laptop and years of entrepreneurial experience already under my belt. I landed in Chicago, connected with the right people, and got to work.
In two years, I've built and scaled businesses from the ground up. I've taken over operations for platforms serving 60,000+ users, launched the largest job marketplace in my industry, and led product rebuilds that modernized legacy systems drowning in technical debt. I dropped out of college because I was already doing the work most people spend a decade preparing for.
My edge is systems thinking. I specialize in automation, AI infrastructure, and building leverage into everything I touch. While most operators get buried in execution, I design workflows that eliminate bottlenecks, reduce dependencies, and scale without adding headcount.
This site is where I share what's working. You'll find frameworks for AI-driven automation, case studies from real operations, and the decision-making models I use to run multiple businesses simultaneously. No fluff. No "productivity hacks." Just actionable intelligence from someone doing it at scale.
I write for operators, investors, and builders who want to move faster and think sharper. If you're evaluating acquisitions in healthcare, running a high-growth company, or architecting systems that need to perform under pressure, you'll find value here.
I'm disciplined about fitness, obsessed with first-principles thinking, and constantly studying the operators who've built empires. Ray Dalio's Principles shaped how I approach decisions. So did a lot of expensive mistakes I don't plan on repeating.
I'm based in the US, always working on the next problem worth solving. If you want to connect: michael@mpavlovskyi.com. I read everything. I reply to what matters.
Let's build something exceptional.
